Become a cable pulling pro with us

You will operate your cable pull machine safely and without error – including the control system with logging capabilities. You will practice handling fiber and steel ropes, as well as using rope pulleys, twist compensation swivels, shaft pulleys, cable thrust devices, and blowing-in devices. You will anchor the cable according to the type of ground. And you’ll see from the rope break test what actually happens when a rope breaks, depending on the type of rope.

Right at your location. We’ll come to your construction site or workshop with rope breakage tests, safety training, and operating manuals. Training takes place on your own machine, at your worksite, under your specific anchoring and ground conditions. This is the approach we prefer when it is feasible – because what you learn here translates directly into your daily work routine.

Here in Langnau. We will train you in the demonstration and training room on Obermattweg and at the adjacent test site. In the morning: cable break tests, safety rules, and handling of winch cables, plus a tour of production, the locksmithery, and assembling – the machine you will be working on later is built right here in-house. In the afternoon, cable pulling on an open capstan, from preparation to execution. On actual machines, not on a model.

Here in Langnau: We would be happy to provide you with a customized quote upon request. The training lasts one day and concludes with a certificate of completion.

On-site at your location: We charge based on the time and effort involved. We will provide you with a quote based on the number of participants, duration, and travel time.

What to bring: Training booklet, weather-appropriate clothing, outdoor shoes.
